วันพุธที่ 11 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2569 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นิพนธ์ เกตุจ้อย ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยพลังงานทดแทนและสมาร์ตกริดเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร (SGtech) เดินหน้ายกระดับคุณภาพองค์กร จัดโครงการ “SGtech Safety Day” หรือ โครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการความปลอดภัยในหน่วยงานและการรับมือเหตุการณ์ฉุกเฉิน ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 โดยมุ่งเน้นการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่ปลอดภัย และเตรียมความพร้อมต่อภาวะฉุกเฉิน โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิสุทธิ์ แช่มสะอาด ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายบริหารสินทรัพย์ เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการ การจัดงานในครั้งนี้สะท้อนการบริหารจัดการ ความปลอดภัยและความต่อเนื่องในการดำเนินงานตามพันธกิจ เนื่องจากปัจจุบันวิทยาลัยฯ มีโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ห้องปฏิบัติการ และเครื่องมือมูลค่าสูงจำนวนมาก การเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อรับมือกับอัคคีภัยและภัยพิบัติจึงเป็นสิ่งสำคัญสูงสุด เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าองค์กรมี “ความสามารถในการฟื้นตัวอย่างรวดเร็ว” (Resilience) หากเกิดเหตุการณ์ที่ไม่คาดฝัน, กิจกรรมภายในงานได้รับการออกแบบให้ครอบคลุมทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติ ช่วยสร้างบรรยากาศการทำงาน (Workplace Climate) ที่ต้องดูแลให้มีสุขภาวะและความปลอดภัย, รวมถึง พัฒนาบุคลากร (Workforce Development) ผ่านกิจกรรมต่างๆ ได้แก่:
• การอบรมความปลอดภัยในองค์กรและการป้องกันอัคคีภัย: สร้างความตระหนักรู้และวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัย
• การรับมือแผ่นดินไหวและเหตุฉุกเฉิน: เตรียมพร้อมต่อภัยพิบัติทางธรรมชาติ ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการบริหารความเสี่ยง,
• การฝึกซ้อมดับเพลิงและอพยพหนีไฟ: เป็นการฝึกปฏิบัติจริงเพื่อให้บุคลากรและนิสิตสามารถปฏิบัติตามบทบาทหน้าที่เมื่อเกิดเหตุวิกฤตได้อย่างถูกต้อง
โครงการนี้มีกลุ่มเป้าหมายคือนิสิตและบุคลากรทุกระดับ ซึ่งนอกจากจะเป็นการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและกฎระเบียบด้านความปลอดภัยแล้ว ยังแสดงถึงความมุ่งมั่นของผู้นำองค์กรในการ “ให้ความสำคัญกับคน” (Valuing People) โดยสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการทำงานและการเรียนรู้ เพื่อให้บุคลากรมีความพร้อมทั้งร่างกายและจิตใจในการขับเคลื่อนวิทยาลัยฯ สู่ความเป็นเลิศต่อไป

February 11, 2026 – Assoc. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Nipon Ketjoy, Director of the School of Renewable Energy and Smart Grid Technology (SGtech) at Naresuan University, has launched a significant organizational quality initiative: “SGtech Safety Day.” This workshop, officially titled “Workplace Safety and Emergency Response Training for Fiscal Year 2026,” focuses on cultivating a secure working environment and ensuring comprehensive emergency preparedness.
Led by Assist. Prof. Dr. Wisut Chamsa-ard, Assistant Director for Asset Management, the project underscores the school’s commitment to safety management and operational continuity. As SGtech currently houses extensive high-value infrastructure, laboratories, and advanced equipment, fire and disaster preparedness are top priorities. These measures are essential to ensuring organizational “Resilience”—the ability to recover swiftly from any unforeseen incidents.
The event was meticulously designed to balance theoretical knowledge with practical application, aiming to foster a positive Workplace Climate centered on health and safety, while promoting Workforce Development through key activities, including:
• Corporate Safety and Fire Prevention Training: Building awareness and instilling a robust safety culture.
• Earthquake and Emergency Response: Preparing for natural disasters as a core component of risk management.
• Fire Drills and Evacuation Exercises: Providing hands-on practice to ensure staff and students can execute their roles accurately during a crisis.
The program targets students and personnel at all levels. Beyond mere compliance with safety laws and regulations, this initiative reflects the leadership’s dedication to “Valuing People.” By creating an environment conducive to both work and learning, SGtech ensures its workforce is physically and mentally ready to drive the institution toward excellence.
