บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ได้จัดกิจกรรมการจัดการความรู้ (KM) หัวข้อ “การพัฒนาคุณภาพวารสารเพื่อเข้าสู่ฐานข้อมูล SCOPUS” ในวันศุกร์ที่ 29 สิงหาคม 2568 ณ ร้านอาหารศาลาขาว จังหวัดพิษณุโลก
โดยมี รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.กรองกาญจน์ ชูทิพย์ คณบดีบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดกิจกรรม และกล่าวถึง นโยบายการพัฒนาคุณภาพวารสารของมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร เพื่อเข้าสู่ฐานข้อมูล SCOPUS และ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุภาพร ล้ำเลิศธน กล่าวถึงวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดกิจกรรม

ทั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากทีมบรรณาธิการ Journal of Renewable Energy and Smart Grid Technology (RAST) ของวิทยาลัยพลังงานทดแทนและสมาร์ตกริดเทคโนโลยี (SGtech) มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ซึ่งเป็นวารสารที่อยู่ในฐานข้อมูล SCOPUS ได้แก่ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นิพนธ์ เกตุจ้อย ผู้อำนวยการ SGtech และ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ธวัช สุริวงษ์ รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิชาการและกิจการนิสิต SGtech เป็นวิทยากรแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ในประเด็นสำคัญต่างๆ อาทิ การปรับปรุงกระบวนการ/การดำเนินงานของวารสาร RAST ก่อนเข้าสู่ฐานข้อมูล SCOPUS การปรับปรุงเว็บไซต์ กระบวนการพิจารณาบทความจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และจริยธรรมในการตีพิมพ์ผลงาน เป็นต้น
การจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมให้กองบรรณาธิการ คณาจารย์ และบุคลากรได้รับความรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาคุณภาพวารสารเพื่อเข้าสู่ฐานข้อมูลระดับสากล

Naresuan University Graduate School organized a Knowledge Management (KM) activity on the topic “Enhancing Journal Quality for SCOPUS Indexing” on Friday, August 29, 2025, at Salakhaow Restaurant, Phitsanulok.

Assoc. Prof. Dr.Krongkarn Chootip, Dean of Naresuan Univeristy Graduate School, presided over the opening session and highlighted Naresuan University’s journal development policy toward SCOPUS indexing. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Supaporn Lamlertthon also shared the objectives of the event.

The session was honored by the editorial team of the Journal of Renewable Energy and Smart Grid Technology (RAST), SGtech, Naresuan University—already indexed in SCOPUS—including Assoc. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Nipon Ketjoy, Director of SGtech, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tawat Suriwong, Deputy Director for Academic and Student Affairs, as guest speakers. They exchanged insights on key aspects such as improving editorial processes prior to SCOPUS indexing, enhancing the journal website, peer review procedures, and publication ethics.

This activity aimed to foster knowledge sharing and capacity building among editorial teams, faculty members, and staff in advancing journal quality toward international standards.
