เมื่อวันที่ 8 มกราคม 2569 วิทยาลัยพลังงานทดแทนและสมาร์ตกริดเทคโนโลยี (SGtech) มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จัดกิจกรรมศึกษาดูงานด้านการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมและภูมิทัศน์องค์กรอย่างยั่งยืน นำโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิสุทธิ์ แช่มสะอาด ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายบริหารสินทรัพย์ พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารและบุคลากร เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานสภาพแวดล้อมในที่ทำงานและสร้างองค์กรแห่งความสุขอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

การดำเนินงานในครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นปรัชญา “ที่ทำงานคือบ้านหลังที่สอง” โดยนิยามขอบเขตของสิ่งแวดล้อมให้ครอบคลุมทั้งอาคาร สถานที่ และพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง ทั้งภายในและภายนอกอาคาร กิจกรรมดังกล่าวขับเคลื่อนภายใต้สโลแกน “สะอาด พร้อมใช้ ปลอดภัย พร้อมให้บริการ” เพื่อสร้างบรรยากาศที่ลดความเหนื่อยล้าและส่งเสริมความสุขในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากร

ในส่วนของรูปแบบกิจกรรม ได้มีการแบ่งกลุ่มบุคลากรเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และลงพื้นที่สังเกตการณ์ในหน่วยงานที่มีบริบทหลากหลายภายในมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ประกอบด้วย:

กลุ่มวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี: ณ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์

กลุ่มมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์: ณ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ และคณะศึกษาศาสตร์

กลุ่มวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ: ณ คณะสหเวชศาสตร์, คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์, คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ และคณะทันตแพทย์ศาสตร์

ทั้งนี้ ได้ใช้เกณฑ์การสังเกตเชิงลึก ครอบคลุมด้านความสะอาดและสุขอนามัย ภูมิทัศน์ทางกายภาพ บรรยากาศในการทำงาน และระบบการจัดการความปลอดภัย ก่อนจะนำข้อมูลเข้าสู่กระบวนการ After Action Review (AAR) เพื่อระดมสมองและจัดลำดับความสำคัญในการนำจุดแข็งและนวัตกรรมการจัดการที่ได้รับ มาปรับใช้ (Adaptation) ให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทของ SGtech เพื่อส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์และการให้บริการที่มีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป

On January 8, 2026, The School of Renewable Energy and Smart Grid Technology (SGtech), Naresuan University, recently organized a comprehensive study tour on “Sustainable Organizational Environmental and Landscape Management.” The initiative was led by Assist. Prof. Dr. Wisut Chamsa-ard, Assistant Director for Asset Management, accompanied by the executive team and staff members, aiming to enhance workplace standards and foster a productive organizational culture.

This initiative is rooted in the philosophy of “The Workplace as a Second Home,” extending the definition of environment beyond greenery to encompass all institutional elements, including buildings, facilities, and common areas, both internal and external. Operating under the mission slogan “Clean, Ready, Safe, Ready to Serve,” the project seeks to cultivate an environment that mitigates work-related fatigue and enhances the overall happiness of the workforce.

The study tour was structured into three specialized groups to facilitate cross-functional learning across diverse academic contexts within Naresuan University:

Science and Technology Group: Conducted benchmarking site visits at the Faculty of Science.

Humanities and Social Sciences Group: Conducted benchmarking site visits at the Faculty of Humanities and the Faculty of Education.

Health Sciences Group: Conducted benchmarking site visits at the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Faculty of Public Health, Faculty of Nursing, and Faculty of Dentistry.

Participants utilized a rigorous observation checklist focusing on sanitation and hygiene, landscape and infrastructure maintenance, workplace atmosphere, and security management systems. The tour concluded with an After Action Review (AAR) session, where the teams brainstormed and prioritized the adaptation of identified strengths and innovative management strategies. This strategic planning ensures that SGtech continues to evolve as a high-performance organization with a standard-setting environment for both staff and visitors
