โครงสร้างเมืองอัจฉริยะบูรณาการองค์ความรู้ข้ามศาสตร์เพื่อการบริหารจัดการเมืองในอนาคต โดยมีองค์ประกอบหลักที่สำคัญ 7 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย:
