การหารือความร่วมมืออย่างเป็นทางการกับมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งชาติลาว
รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พิสิษฏ์ มณีโชติ จากวิทยาลัยพลังงานทดแทนและสมาร์ตกริดเทคโนโลยี (SGtech) มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ได้เข้าพบกับท่าน อำเคง เพงราสี รองผู้อำนวยการกองความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยแห่งชาติลาว เพื่อหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือระหว่างทั้งสองสถาบัน โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนากิจกรรมด้านการเรียนการสอนเพื่อเพิ่มประสบการณ์ให้ผู้เรียน
การหารือยังได้ขยายไปสู่ความเป็นไปได้ในการดำเนินโครงการวิจัยร่วมเพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจและการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ในอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มน้ำโขง (GMS) รวมถึงการต่ออายุบันทึกความเข้าใจทางวิชาการ (MOU) ระหว่างทั้งสองฝ่าย นอกจากนี้ยังมีการวางแผนกิจกรรมความร่วมมือในอนาคตในสาขาการเกษตร วิศวกรรม และพลังงานทางเลือก/พลังงานทดแทน
การประชุมจัดขึ้นเมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 8 ธันวาคม 2025 ณ มหาวิทยาลัยแห่งชาติลาว

An Official Discussion with National University of Laos
Representing Naresuan University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pisit Maneechot, School of Renewable and Smart Grid Technology (SGtech), met with Mr. Amkheng Phenglasy, Deputy Director, Office of International Relations, National University of Laos to discuss collaborative activities between the two universities, particularly strategies to leverage teaching programs for learners’ experience. The discussion broadened to a possibility of joint research projects for economic cooperation and human resources development in the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) and a renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding between both the parties. Plans for future activities also covered the fields of agriculture, engineering and renewable/alternative energy.
The meeting took place on Monday, 8 December 2025 at National University of Laos.
